Return Policy – TNT Firewood

At TNT Firewood, we work hard to deliver quality firewood you can count on. Because firewood is a natural product, our return policy is a bit different than standard retail items.

Firewood Sales

All firewood sales are final once delivered. We do not accept returns on firewood that has been delivered, stacked, moved, burned, or exposed to weather conditions.

Issues With Your Order

If there is a problem with your order—such as incorrect quantity, wrong wood type, or a quality concern—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can quickly review the issue. Resolution will be based on the specific situation and at our discretion.

Refund Fees

If you are looking for a refund for your order. There will be a $60 refund fee in order to process a resolution for your order.

Natural Variations

Firewood is a natural product, so variations in size, shape, color, and moisture content are normal and not considered defects.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the delivery area. Failed or delayed deliveries due to access issues may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before delivery. Once the firewood is delivered, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
